Mr Brownstone 0 Posted October 26, 2013 So Bradley Johnson and Ryan Bennett have taken to Twitter tonight to have a go at the fans for booing, Snoddy has also mentioned it.Predictably it resulted in them recieving a barrage of abuse.I totally agree with them, booing is nearly always and especial today totally unecessary and counter productive. A divide between the players and the supporters isn''t going to end well. That being said the players need to understand that most of us were here long before they arrived and will be here long after they''ve gone, this club means so much more to us than it does to them. We hurt when things aren''t going well and whatever our views on the manager, we''re all just frustrated because we want to see them do what we know they''re capable of. Players being on Twitter is great when things are going well, but it doesn''t seem like a good idea when they''re not.Anyone boo today?
ricardo 2,745 Posted October 26, 2013 Lots booed, apparantly they''ve been crying out for attacking football but now they''ve got it they don''t realy like it and have decided they would rather have a dour game and 3 points.
Nexus_Canary 0 Posted October 26, 2013 Proudly boo''d when Capt Crazy took off Hooper for Elmander , fucking joke substitutionAnd also boo''d at the end as we failed to take 3 points. Now all my booing was aimed at Hoots for being incompetant and any player that decided to stop on the half way line and pass back to the defence ( im sure they were under Hoots orders anyway )
Sussexyellow 24 Posted October 26, 2013 No booing where I was. Although the round of appreciation at the end of the game was not as warm as it usually is.
Mr Brownstone 0 Posted October 26, 2013 There was definitely booing in E Block of the Lower Barclay at both the Hooper change and at full time. There was also a chant of "You don''t know what you''re doing" at the substitution.
