I very much doubt he''d say anything more than a ''type'' of player, quite possibly not even position. The old ''young and hungry'' kinda thing.

But worth a watch, you don''t get to hear from scouts too often and they have a key part in the game.

Watching it now and ts interesting stuff. Once again one thing that comes across is how hard Chris hughton works and how seriously he/we are taking the scouting and finding of good players.

Whilst I,like others, are verging on joining the hughton outers he obviously has some very good qualities
