Hooper off at half time??

more likely hughton actually realised Hooper (and RVW) arent able to play on their own up front in this league and have to play with a strike partner.....he knew if we tried to go 2 up top the 7 could have been 12 hence the switch...

I can think of no other reason to bring Elmander on.

This poor man''s Grant Holt has been a total waste of money

Hooper had not been brilliant but was doing OK considering that he was playing in the worst position in football ........... a Hughton striker.

Elamander was surely brought on to try and hold the ball up when we cleared our lines to try and relieve some of the pressure and try and get us a foothold in the game? A fairly logical switch I thought?
