Tumbleweed 106 Posted November 2, 2013 Assuming that the CH regime is now all but over, many ask who should come in. Here is my thought, agree or disagree but rationally. I would put in Darren Ferguson as manager, Mike Phelan as assistant and Neil Adams as coach. I have long thought DF would be a good manager in the right circumstances abd get that"fire" back. But acknowledging lack of Prem experience in a struggling team I would bolster it with Phelan with experience at the top level of preparing teams. Then Neil Adams who we all know and has developed a good reputation in a short time, plus may help feed the youngsters through. This may not be to all tastes, but is an opener for debate.
