I was moping about, grumbling and being generally a dad with a sore head this morning and repeating ''7'' over and over under my breath. Then my rugby playing son comes up and says....''think of it this way Dad...it''s only the equivalent of one try and a conversion.....''.

It didn''t help a lot, but it was the highlight of my miserable day. God bless him.
