Interesting article about RDM

Recommended Posts

This isn''t a Hughton in or out thread. But interesting article from the "Newspaper". This might explain why Roberto hasn''t gone back to work and is in no hurry to either. Why would you swap that kind of weekly money for the stress of managing a football team. Seems we could easily strike him off any potential "replacement" list http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2503321/Chelsea-paying-Roberto-Di-Matteo-130-000-week.html#ixzz2kTVzX52X

Is this a crafty way of keeping a good manager out of the market ?

............Keep him on the books, instead of helping one of your rivals ?
When is Abramovich going to run out of money, or even interest with his plaything?
that''s the question Crabby, and probably worth an entire thread on its own debating the issue...

sooner or later, one of the foreign Backers is going to get bored... when they do they will simply take their money and go home.. they dont care.

for the likes of chelsea or Man city they are saddled with players they then cannot afford to pay and bills that need accounting for.

as soon as one of the "money men" goes then the club''s dead... They''d be championship in 2 years and league 2 within 5 or 6 with a debt they are never going to settle, a half empty stadium and fans dreaming of a yesteryear that will never return.

the next club to wind up will be a big 6 one...
