Rays Funds for the CSF with the Pink un Pickers Week 14

Greetings PUPs and welcome to week 14 of the Rays Funds season. This

week we have another of our top PUPs and previous final six winners with

NCFCStar in charge and making the final selections. Star is a real star on

these threads, always up there around the top of our leagus and is one of our

most consistent pickers. James is also one of my favourite posters on this

board. His views are always well laid out and he is a poster I enjoy reading

and debating with.

 

 

Now I’m posting this a bit earlier because this is international weekend

so our choices are reduced with so many leagues on a break. To help I am

allowing Friday games this weekend with the proviso that they don’t kick off

before 7pm. That will allow Star time to pick his six and me a chance to place

the bet. All you PUPs have been on top form this season and a repeat of that

will give James a great chance of getting his second final six win.

Wishing you the best of luck this week NCFCstar, I wouldn''t want a week with International friendlies, very tough. But hopefully us PuPs can give you a few solid options! I''ve gone for a game in Northern Ireland. 2nd place Crusaders FC (7/6/2 ,scoring 26, conceding 18) face 7th place Ballinarnallard United (6/3/6, scoring 17 conceding 29) at home and are unbeaten in their last 10 so I''m going to go for the home side to continue that unbeaten streak.

First of all, apologies to Star for dropping him into such a difficult week. Normally international weeks are ok because of the competitive nature of the internationals. But this week sees our normal leagues replaced in the main by friendly internationals. All I can say in my defence is that if anybody can get a win from such a difficult week it will be NCFCStar!

 

Now I''ve really been on a hunt to find another option. I''ve been looking in leagues I would not normally go to. The best I can find is in the  Italian Lega Pro 1A where top of the league Pro Vercelli take on second bottom Pavia. Pro Vercelli''s home record is W3 D1 L0 F8 A2 while Pavia''s away record reads W0 D1 L3 F2 A8. Pro Vercelli are 1/2 with Bill Hill.
