snake-eyes 13 Posted August 31, 2013 I agree!I wish I could give more time to it! I loved playing and enjoy coaching when l can!More coaches are needed but also of the right quality! Where a good coach breeds success a bad one breeds the next generation of legbreakers and Uneducated football thugs! I have unfortunately witnessed both! Phillip J Fry 0 Posted August 31, 2013
A hell of a long way to go Phillip
Oh yeah, being optimistic, this will take at least 10 years for England to see noticeable benefits, it''s incredibly long term but it''s what this country needs. We''ve tried to make do with stop gap solutions for years and then wonder why our national team struggles so much! The FA is showing alot of balls by deciding to rip it all up and start again, something they should be commended for. They can''t back down, that''s my biggest fear, that they''ll lose their nerve and any progress we made will be lost. Making Dan Ashworth technical director was a really inspired move, as he''s got the kind of mentality to see the project through to completion.
