nobbyg 0 Posted February 7, 2004 The most number of points anyone below us (other than West Brom) can get is 98 and that is only if Ipswich or Wigan win all their remaining games.We have now got 59 points with 16 games to go. If we win 13 we are guaranteed promotion. Every point the teams below us drop makes this easier.Ipswich and Wigan kick-off in 30 mins - a draw will do fine. Don''t forget 13 wins is the maximum so we will only need about 9 or 10 probably( depending on the other teams). If we can keep it up we''ll have no probs. West Ham, Sunderland and Sheff Utd aren''t playing next week coz of the fa cup so if we win we could go 13 points clear if its a draw at the scummers 2nite!!
