Grant Holt's goodbye

Recommended Posts

It worries me that we won''t get a chance to say goodbye to Holt.

But, I had a thought. Why don''t we pick a Wigan away match for us to all go in in our yellow and green? Let''s face it Wigan could do with all the numbers of travelling supporters they can get.

Clearly, the best opportunity would be Ipswich. Who''s in?

did you go to Upton Park in Yellow and Green to say goodbye to Malky? Or go to Coventry to bid Bellamy a teaful farewell?

We were Norwich City, not Grant Holt FC. just get on with supporting the club.

to score at an empty Poorman road, no doubt Radio Suffolk will describe you the goal in explicit detail as you cry into your copy of the 1978 cup final programe.

Although a trip to Ipswich to see him bag a few goals might be fun!

Indeed it might, however, if the Scum managed to pull a performance out of the hat and won 3 or 4 nil, Holt is an unused substitute and it rained all day, I''d probably feel somewhat annoyed with myself that I''d wasted some of my hard-earned on the Evans Corporation.
