flecky76 0 Posted June 11, 2013 Since they won promotion to the old Div 2 in 1960, Norwich have been promoted 7 times. However, not 1 of these promotions have ever been secured at Carrow Road. All were secured away from home, with the exception of 2004 promotion to the PL, which was actually secured without kicking a ball (thanks to Palace beating Sunderland). flecky76 0 Posted June 11, 2013 Since winning the 1986 World Cup, England have only won 3 knock out games in normal time (ie. excluding pens and extra time). That''s 3 out of a total of 15 games played (counting Spain 1982 second round double group situation as 2 knock out games, and also counting the 3rd place play off in 1990).The only teams we''ve managed to beat in these circumstances were:Paraguay 1986Denmark 2002Ecuador 2006
