We need him to get us out of the fizzy-pop first,before we worry wether he''ll make the grade in the prem again.

I agree no legs - Leon will be a regular scorer for us next season  and will scare defences.  His poor touch will matter less against poorer defences but his pace, movement and strength will cause al sorts of problems.

If he stays fit and we have a midfield creating chances he and Deano should both exceed 20 goals.

I totally had my doubts about Leon (mainly because I feel he lacks a decent first touch, and he was missing too many shots) but he seems transformed since Deano joined. We must try and keep him, he works so well with Ashton and as others have said the way he runs down every ball creates chances and gives the opposition no time to relax. His performance against Soton was immense. I would be really disappointed if he went, especially seeing how likely we are to lose Svensson.
