Gingerpele 0 Posted May 7, 2013 Here''s a question.Is the Premiership officially called the ''English Premier League'' or is the English optional?Because since Welsh teams have been in the Football League ever since the PL was started, the possibility of them being promoted was there and it should have never been officially called ''English Premiership'' unless the rules were Welsh teams not allowed.
