Wishbone 8 Posted May 11, 2013 I sincerely hope we win tomorrow, but I think what has been lacking all season is the manager believing in the players. It''s true we have one of the weaker squads in the division but if you keep praising the opposition every game about their resources, that attitude is gonna transfer to the players. The best managers in the game always make their players feel ''big'' no matter what they truly think. Hughton needs to step up and show what managerial qualities, as opposed to being an intelligent coach.
Bws Cat 0 Posted May 11, 2013 Everyone keeps saying this, but how can you prove it?And for the record, I''m not too happy with what Hughton has been doing recently.
Wishbone 8 Posted May 11, 2013 Impossible to prove, just an inclination. Time will tell. It can''t help the likes of Elliot Bennett having a motm performance followed by being benched or even the public comments about Bunn ''has had more good games than bad ones''. It''s all psychology...
