Indy_Bones 441 Posted May 14, 2013 Two big problems here:1) Spurs have no need to sell a very promising young player unless the offer is too good to refuse2) He''s contracted with them until 2016 which pushes the price up even further.When you consider how unwilling they were to budge on a deal for Naughton, I can''t see things being any better with Townsend especially when we can''t guarantee a starting place as he''d be in direct competition with Pilks who would surely have the edge at this stage...
