lappinitup 629 Posted May 20, 2013 ......has pulled out of the Irish squad for the FOURTH time and is still yet to play for them. Does anybody think this is because he''s hoping to get the call from England?
Herman 9,585 Posted May 20, 2013 He''s probably had the misfortune of watching them play.
AJ 1,218 Posted May 20, 2013 I don''t think so, he''s just been unlucky with injuries - he''s still good enough to play at international level soon though
Phillip J Fry 0 Posted May 20, 2013 Pilks has got to be one of Hodgsons best left midfield choices at the moment? Downing and Johnsomn haven''t been particularly impressive this season, and when you factor in how good Pilks was last season and has been towards the end of this one, he''s deserves to be picked? Bws Cat 0 Posted May 20, 2013 Youngs better Phillip
pablofarmer 0 Posted May 20, 2013 I think it''s just pay back for Wes after all the times he wasn''t called up!
Phillip J Fry 0 Posted May 20, 2013 BW''s Cat: Youngs better PhillipI don''t know. Young hasn''t made that many appearances this season (17 + 2 sub) and hasn''t scored a single goal. Pilkington has scored 5 in 25 appearances and claimed 4 assists. I think Young can be overhyped at times and seems to be a bit like Adam Johnson in that people rate him highly until he plays.Final point:Young averages a goal every 7 games at Man utd. Pilkington averages a goal every 4 games for Norwich.
Bws Cat 0 Posted May 20, 2013 Got one guy saying youngs better because he scores more attractive goals.
