Hughton can't motivate the players

I have seen a number of people post this again and again.

I would like to see where this understanding comes from?

with the exception of wigan, they have looked up for most games, in conferences and interviews they look as confident and determined, I just don''t understand why/how people say they aren''t being motivated.

I think Form and motivation are often confused. just because a team isn''t playing well doesn''t mean the manager has them on anti-depression pills.

Also, in recent interview write-ups in the Pink Un, a couple of the players have been talking of taking all three points; even at the Emirates (Bradley Johnson for the latter; I forget who else). Hardly fits with this perception that Hughton only ever plays for the draw.
