I suspect it''ll take more than a petition to change it. Plus I doubt FIFA will have the stones to change their minds anyway when there''s money to be made. There is way too much money out in Qatar at the moment, my 2 biggest customers are doing crazy amounts of business with me, both based in Qatar, both Petroleum companies...
