stoke canary 0 Posted April 24, 2013 Ex Stoke player Paul Ware died last week and Stoke are planning a tribute before Saturdays game.They dont know what they are doing yet, either a minutes Silence or Applause.Im sure which ever is chosen the Norwich fans will join in as they always do.By the way Paul was just 43yrs old.
