Away our philosophy is keep it tight. the same applies at home. Same tactics. Hence we were found out when our golden run of 4 wins and 6 draws came to an end.Lost cause? why? Realist maybe.

I didn''t expect to get anything at Stoke today and knew that it would be a terrible game - I didn''t even bother to watch it. All the hysteria displayed over recent form and this result in particular is totally disproportionate.

Ricardo has hit the nail on the head with his point about Turner and Bassong - that is the real issue for us and is a cause for concern. Bennett and Barnett as a pairing don''t fill me with huge confidence, especially against Benteke and Lukaku!

It''s not been that much fun on the road this season. At least only half as many of us had to suffer Stoke away this season. For those who went last year and not this the performance today was more disappointing than that of last season. Draw whatever inference you wish.
