TCCANARY 263 Posted March 11, 2013 Its amazing how views of players change so quckly, this report is in todays Sun, it seems that putting in a shift only warrants 5 out of 10 or was the report written by someone who changes his mind very quickly, own up Wiz."Few typify the Canary spirit better than Robert Snodgrass, who has put in shift after midfield shift since he signed from Leeds. And this was no exception. He covers anywhere between six and seven miles each game trying to plug gaps, create chances and provide crosses and it is that kind of hard graft that will see Norwich survive on their return to the Premier League. What has been missing from the Carrow Road side this season is not commitment but a ruthlessness in front of goal that has seen too many points disappear. This was another case of three points vanishing. DREAM TEAM STAR MAN — MAYA YOSHIDA (Southampton) NORWICH: Bunn 7, Martin 6, Bassong 6, Turner 7, Garrido 7, Snodgrass 5, Johnson 7, Howson 6, Pilkington 6 (Hoolahan 5), Kamara 6 (Becchio 4), Holt 2. Subs not used: Camp, Whittaker, Fox, E Bennett, R Bennett. Booked: Holt, Johnson. "
The Great Drinkell 50 Posted March 11, 2013 Snodgrass had a very poor game on Saturday especially 1st half, he did improve during the second half but 5/10 was probably a fiar reflection IMO
Barry Brockes 145 Posted March 11, 2013 Colin was on Goals on Sunday yesterday and said that Snodgrass was the one player from Leeds who he regretted coming to Norwich. He claimed he would have built the Leeds team around him this season if he''d stayed. He wasn''t over-complimentarty about our other Leeds imports. Say what you like about Colin but he does know a good footballer when he sees one and he obviously rates Snoddy.
pete 318 Posted March 11, 2013 Howson 6 unbelievable. Colin says squad player at best he''s right send back to Leeds another example of Lambert''s player assessment see also Ryan Bennett.
kick it off 1,948 Posted March 11, 2013 Thought Snodgrass, Howson and Wes were terrible on Saturday. The reporter clearly didn''t watch the game if he had Yoshida as MOTM, thought he was So''ton''s worst player.
Olly 0 Posted March 11, 2013 He can''t have been at the game if he gave Yoshida MOTM, he was god awful!!Schneiderlin was immense for them!Snoddy had a bad game, I didn''t think Wes was that bad tbh
can u sit down please 0 Posted March 11, 2013 [quote user="pete"]Howson 6 unbelievable. Are you a joker? The argument could be that PL knew how to play him last year, hence his performances were a lot better!? Ryan Bennett was bought as one for the future, we stole him at the 11th hour from Swansea. He still is one for the future.PL never made a good signing. Never. Rubbish manager. Yorkshire Canary 118 Posted March 11, 2013 I am a big fan of his but he had a stinker on saturday and hardly did anything right typified by his lame effort when he only had the goal keeper to beat in the second half. He has and will have far more good games than he has bad though and even with the hoped new players in the close season , i expect him to be a regular first teamer
