RVW

I wonder what prompted this speculation?:

Seems a bit odd to be bidding now. if true, then it certainly shows a bit of ambition!

Rehashed story from January by the looks of it

No doubt we''ll be after him in the summer if we stay up though, Hughton sounds like a bit of a fan

We will be signing a pacy strong young striker of that I have no doubt, whether that RvW or not is another matter.

Join by a strong ball playing defensive midfielder to partner Tettey and we have reasons to be cheerful - if BJ and Holt are our back ups thats got to be a good squad...

Spot on ZLF. When you look at it like that, we''re really not far away. Two quality (& I mean quality) signings this summer & we can light the blue touch paper ...

Oh, & we do need a reliable CD backup though.

Old stuff re-hashed. Interesting to speculate why though.

We would never bid until safety was a certainty and £10m seems a bit OTT to me, but I know little about him save that he''s not quite proven himself to be top drawer as yet.

A bit less with add-ons may be.

Although I think Ryan B will improve with age the way the whole defence collapses faster than a substandard souffle (or Gareth Bale) without Bassong I agree we do need anothetr CB who will coordinate.
