RvWs 4 year contract

Since the start of the year...

Recommended Posts

You saying our form is good this (Calendar) year?

Because 8 out of 27 points isn''t good form, its ok form, just below 1 point a game, which is less than our average last season, and less than our average so far this season.
We have only lost 3 times in the league - and all away games. At Old Trafford, Anfield and West Ham.

Yeah... terrible form..
Straws....clutching....1 win in 9 this year and 1 in 12 sin total. No home wins v very lacklustre Fulham, injury riddled Newcastle and the failure to look threatening against leakiest away record in the league in Southampton. Not forgetting the Luton debacle.I suppose you could say "terrible form!"

You are right Stig - Oh dear indeed.

I cannot help but think if Holt had put away the pen last week, the majority of negative posts would not have been written this week.

Btw, Villa at home to the bottom team today, half time - no shots on or off target!

Since the start of the year Norwich have played 9 games in 2013. Norwich have amassed 8 points from those games, out of a possible 27 (29% of all total points).
There are 38 games in a Premier League season. If Norwich carried this form throughout the season they would finish on about 11 points.

Just thought I''d add the following:
Norwich have played 29 games this season, and have 33 points from a possible 87 (around 37% of all points available)
If Norwich carried this form throughout the season they would finish with 42 points. Which should be enough to see us safe.
Obviously there are several anomalous streaks that distort these figures, the ten game unbeaten run and an awful January, but if we stay to the course we should be fine.

Sorry, my maths was wrong. If Norwich amassed 29% of all possible points throughout the season, they''d finish on 33 points.

but if we take that form, (8 pts in 9 games) into our final 9 games, we would end on 41 points, surely enough for safety.

We''re doing OKay. The aim is to stay up, and if we achieve that then it''s a job well done
