basil brush 0 Posted March 20, 2013 To concur with other posters, the contacts I had at Carrow Road said he was trying to do everything himself which obviously failed in a grand way.Like Roeder, he had very poor man management skills and criticised players way too often. In short, he was out of his depth and in hindsight, he should of stuck with being a coach.There were not many fans who rated the appointment and even less that rated him when it all got too much.
