BroadstairsR 2,164 Posted March 29, 2013 The signing of RVW seems to have changed a lot of people''s mind-set when considering our forward options. Suddenly Hooper is infra dig, Kamara has a lot to prove and many want Grant Holt on his bike asap. Becchio is dismissed altogether. This is a good thing I suppose and I empathise with it to a certain extent, but steady on say I. Let''s not get carried away. Hooper is a very good striker, Kamara has, IMO, proven enough and I would not wish to see the back of GH just yet. We will likely see better from Becchio. I would prefer fancier thinking directed at the midfield now as I would be more than happy to see us start next season with the above quintet on-board and, compared to our options at the outset of this season, would see this selection as a massive step in the right direction. York Canary 28 Posted March 29, 2013
Kk has a long way to prove himself for a contract he may have made an impression short term and with the dressing room. I love his desire and joy at being a premier league player and it is what we want to hear from players. But kk does have a few months to prove himself, we are in the market for some very good players, I do wonder if again we will be looking at a better calibre of player. Kk could well be here next season but he would be 3rd of 4th choice.
I imagine he''d take that to be part of NCFC and in the Prem and on more money etc etc. If he can keep playing well he would be a great addition to have and a great player/option to have up front for a relatively low price. Looks like he can make things happen when he''s on
