Given no one ever knows how many points will be needed to avoid relegation until maybe the last games or two all the team can do is achieve as many points as and where possible. That CANNOT be seperated from finishing as high up tthe table as possible ergo all the witless drivel about being ever so umble is just that .... witless drivel That point was clearly illustrated with yesterdays penalty. Had we have scored then we would have been two points nearer to 9th place and moved us up to 10th place. How is that not us trying to reach the highest place possible and is only about avoiding relegation ? The point still stands.
