Are the players behind Hughton?

Recommended Posts

We show a lack of passion, don''t put our bodies on the line and don''t carry out supposedly what he instructs them to?

We have put in such lethargic performances as of recently and I feel that confidence is so low and Hughton doesn''t inspire me when I hear him ( unlike the previous manager)

Any thoughts....

i dont think they are against him, but i do suspect he has the motivational skills of a dying cat

its been said so many times, just watch his press conferences, hes dull and too nice, likes to be the calm and calculated one, players need a kick up the @rse. said it before, probably a great coach, dont think it makes him a good manager

I don''t think you can read anything from the way a manager acts at a press conference. Look how awful and boring Lambert''s were. Pretty sure he did a decent enough job motivating the team.

Exactly. We lost 5-1 to Fulham and he says our squad is effectively crap. The man was out of his depth from day 1. And it shows now.

Why on earth didn''t we go for the jugular today? We were playing a non-league team FFS.

Lambert plays non-league Paulton. What happens? We win 7-0.

Dave Stringer''s Norwich play Sutton Utd. What happens? We win 8-0.

This team under Hughton are a joke.

He doesn''t make a good case for himself praising the opposition before each match. Although I despise him, watch Fergie before a match. He''ll give him "oh yeah they''re a good side" bit but then focus on what his team have to do, and that they have to impose their play on the game. We give the opposition far too much credit and Hughton seems to lack the ability to motivate our players to go out and attack.
