The time has come to sell some of our league 1 and championship heroes who do you think should go and be replaced with quality like bassong

Surman and Jackson are good enough and would be a mistake to sell.

Fox, Surman, Barnett and Jackson all need to stay until there are replacements brought in

Martin, Ward and Ayala are as good as gone, as is Vaughan

I''d start with the injury prone ones ie Vaughn and Ayala who are practically gone anyway. Vaughn should never have been purchased, it was like buying a cut & shut.Tierney isn''t good enough at defending full stop and hasn''t got enough in his game to be tried on the wing.Martin I''d reluctantly look to replace. Although he''s a versatile pro, he''s not quite good enough and not in a position to be playing week in, week out. Probably okay as occasional cover for the time being, but we should look to replace within the next year or so.Jackson is like Martin in that he isn''t quite up to prem standard but might be okay as cover. I''d like to replace him with Pacheco (who could also play Hoolahan''s role and on the left).Morison and Bennett are borderline. The former we should look to upgrade as and when we see the right opportunity (difficult in this inflated market). The latter looks depressed, but is young enough to be given more time, maybe loaned out to get experience and confidence.Barnett is worth keeping for the time being for his aerial ability. Useful for teams that always cross it (like Norwich!).

Ward is virtually gone already (and good luck to him).

Sell (or move on): Vaughan, Fox, Morison, Barnett, Jackson, Chris Martin, Adeyemi, Francomb, Rudd, Butterfield.

Buck up or ship out at the end of the season: Howson, Elliott Bennett

Send on loan: Ryan Bennett, Ayala (again), Korey Smith, Steer

Keep (apart from the obvious): Surman, Tierney (until a better LB is signed)

In short a major restructure!

A bit harsh on Rudd, who has done nothing wrong but he appears surplus to requirements and he''s not going to get enough games to develop in the EPL.

Butterfield could possibly go on loan again but he''s hardly set the Championship alight with his loans so far. When he''s turned out for us he has struggled to make an impact.

Ayala has the quality but clearly needs to prove his fitness.

I don''t get the Surman haters. OK he has his shortcomings but he is an intelligent footballer and good at retaining possession.

....obviously not all at once, but these should be replaced at some point before next season starts
