NWC 239 Posted February 4, 2013 I read somewhere he was going to Derby, or that they were interested in him. Sorry can''t remember exact source.
Salopian 1 Posted February 4, 2013 I wonder if e has a future as a midfielder? I seem to remember him playing wide left.He has skill, but sadly not much pace, so suspect that he will drift down to the lower divisions after we buy out his contract, possibly in the summer. shefcanary 2,383 Posted February 4, 2013 The report from the local Swindon Archant is here:http://www.thisisswindontownfc.co.uk/news/headlines/10205197._/ For those who can''t be arsed to read it all:1. PDC won''t be extending CMartin''s loan;2. This was because CMartin''s agent told him that he had an offer from a Championship club (Derby? as others have said)3. PDC then basically slags off CMartins'' 12 game contribution - a month to get fit, one penalty and one goal in a game already one, and hilariously, one challenge in a match against Bounremouth. And finally questions whether CMartin was really committed in the first place. In conclusion, not impressed at either his contribution or his agent.
Mr Angry 1,545 Posted February 4, 2013 This must be a different Chris Martin to the one that Di Canio said he would personally pay the wages for a month ago!
