On the face of it this looks like a low or no scoring game.

But if City play openly the opposite could be true but with most of the goals going into Bunny''s hutch.

Our record against Fulham is appalling, so bad that a draw would be a good result infact.

That said, I am a very poor pundit so who knows?

Heart prediction then: 2 - 1 to Norwich after 1 - 0 City pulled back to 1 - 1.  Goal from Snoddy and a winner from a really unexpected source ie Grant Holt, late in the game, maybe very late!

2-1 defeat unfortunately. We just never seem to perform against Fulham, we have a few potential injury concerns after the international games, still probably without Kamara as CH has pretty much said he won''t throw him straight in; and Fulham have strengthened much more than we have in the transfer window. I''d absolutely love to be proven wrong, but I won''t be putting any money on a Norwich win tomorrow.
I''m feeling positive today. 4-5-1 = 0-0 4-4-2 = 1-0 A draw isn''t enough to keep us in the PL, however.
Because 4-4-2 worked so well for Norwich against Fulham on the opening day of the season, or in any of the games in which Norwich have used it...

Norwich to win, Fulham have injury problems and Ruiz is only getting back from Costa Rica today so won''t be in the best of conditions. 4-2-3-1 to stifle their midfield and put their centre backs under pressure. 4-4-2 will almost certainly lead to Fulham just passing the ball through Norwich and piling pressure onto Bassong and Turner.

Part of me wants Hughton to play 442 tomorrow, the inevitable sound defeat to follow just so we can consign this debate to the place in history where it belongs alongside wing halves and ball with laces.

cant believe people are saying a draw would be a good result!! We are at home to a team we need to beat I know I predicted 0-0, but that is because we seem to have forgotten how to score more than the odd goal!!

I think one person has said that - and just because of Norwich''s recent results against Fulham (although this Fulham team is probably the worst Norwich will have faced since the 6-0 drubbing).

I genuinely see this game as our "easiest" for the remainder of the season.

Other games against lesser teams that are not away are at a stage when these particular teams will be fighting for their lives. I include Villa in this too.

Fulham are drifting nowadays and travel badly too. They possibly also still have the ingrained belief that relegation is not for them. Holt''s tweeterings (or whatever) revealed an awareness that a result this week-end could go far towards dispelling any remaining fears. If we come out fighting as we did against the Spuds (harder if Tettey is absent though) then Jol''s Jokers might not be up for a gunfight.

Besides, we have to win soon and we have to beat Fulham soon, averages and all that.

We also have to score more than one soon and Holt has to score a goal soon, averages and all that.

I therefore predict a 0-0 draw. Failing that, we win 3-0.
I''m thinking this will be our first 2 goal league win of the season. 2-0, Holty with the first, his 75th minute replacement Becchio with the second.
My pick as well, although I''m going for Snodgrass and someone from the back 4.

You have to go back to the late 1960''s and the mid 1930''s for wins against Fulham by 2 or more goals, so a 2-0, 3-1 or 3-0 is very long overdue.A 3-0 is tempting since the last one was in 1936, but I''ll go with 2-0.

Think it might be a bit like the Sunderland game, us doing well first half and scoring, Fulham coming back at us second half.Maybe a 2-2 or hopefully 3-2 with Becchio coming on to score the winner.

A win would make for a fine week-end.

There is a break after this game so it will be an ideal time for CH to take stock of his revised playing options, for niggles to heal and for a good charge of the batteries before the run-in.

I presume that next week''s break is for the FA Cup. With Reading and Wigan still fighting it out in this competition we might yet have a reason to be thankful for that ignominious Luton result.

The Fulham board predictions are pretty much a mirror on ours - a draw or Fulham to win by one. So, probably a hard fought 0-0 will be the outcome. If so, a much better result for Fulham. I just hope Hughton recognises the seriousness of our position.

a tense nailbiting squeaky bottomed close game with players and fans on edge.

a cloud clearing gust of a sigh of relief on 96 mins as we squeeze a tightest 1-0 victory out of the hat
