Six Pack 92 Posted January 23, 2013 Just think of it - long after everyone on this board is gone, the generations of canaries fans will talk about it - Houghton is on the threshold of making the biggest b*lls up in the history of the club !!!
Rock The Boat 1,326 Posted January 23, 2013 Hope this happens, we have to look forward and not backwards. But we won''t get Hooper and Graham so it won''t happen

Tumbleweed 106 Posted January 23, 2013 Never seen Hooper play but sounds like a good''un. My worry is that unless CH sorts out the midfield it won''t make much difference. No striker can score if he doesn''t get the chances or the ball in the right places. to often Holt is forced wide and there is little happening back in the middle so there are limited options. Hooper sounds like one for the future, but NOT at all costs and not in a bidding war with Spurs. I feel we''d be better off spending this sort of big dough on the right sort of player for the "hole" who can not only score regularly but create more for the others. Wes has had his moments and been terrific at times, but we need a step up in class in that position, and Holt/Hooper would also benefit greatly from that.
