Yep that is what i am hoping Holty. I also hope our fans haven''t gone to the game thinking this will be an easy 3 points. Wigan are no mugs.

I seriously cannot tell if that was a joke or not.

Anyway, it seems Hughton has changed it a bit. In the space of three minutes or so we started to attack again. Good stuff.

another chance - snoddy should have scored - we should have 3 at least!!

Al Habsi has been weird recently - normally superb but has cost them a couple of goals in recent weeks and has looked a bit suspect at times today (but then goes and makes saves like that!)

Have to agree, playing very well first half.  It should be more than 1, let''s continue to play well and the longer we do, hopefully the more a Wigan side lacking in confidence heads may drop.
To be fair guys, Al Habsi had to pull off a superb save to stop Snoddy.
Similar to his header at Spurs. He still hasn''t learned to head down and make it difficult for the keeper.

I don''t like to moan this early (especially in our current form), but more evidence that we are only a clinical striker away from being a very good side. We''ve been creating chances all season, we can now defend fairly well, we just still don''t put enough away.

Still time to get one this afternoon though!

You can''t lack the clinical finish we do, and expect to win.

We should have been 3 or 4 up at half time and once again it''s going to hurt us
