Why are some people throwing a hissy fit over Hughton?

Recommended Posts

Okay, so I just back from the game and I expected mixed reactions on here. Some saying that they were happy with that game and we would be unlucky and others saying it was a dissapointing result/game.

But why are some people saying Hughton out and Lambert in?

Utterly absurd.

We have done very well under Hughton and I would be glad to see him stay at the club for many years. He''s a good manager and he will keep us up...perhaps more than that some day?

Lambert on the other hand, left the club on a somewhat sour note, is failing at Villa and I doubt would want to return to Mcnally and co.

Get your heads fixed people!

The match thread. The main culprit being Paul Moy.

But then again this is the man who (virtually) smiled when we started conceding against Swansea.

The match thread is a joke. I made the mistake of joining in the other week while I watched it on the wireless. Never again but each to their own.

Our recent little bad run has been against a high flying WBA away who rarely give much ground on their own turf and two of the teams from the super six mini league. We perfortmed well in all games and lost them by a single goal. If I were a Villa fan I would be having the shites on the other hand. Lambert out, McCleish in? [:)]

Did I hear a commentator say that one Man. City player alone cost £35m? Says it all really.

Get a decent striker in an we should scrape those 15 points with games to spare like last season.

Hughton is starting to look as though he has been the Norwich manager for years. He is erudite and fluid in his post match interviews and clearly very comfortable in his position.

Contrast this with Lambert when he was here, and Lambert as now with a free-falling Villa, and the two men are like chalk and cheese.

It is ultimately a results business, and managers'' demeanour will be governed by them. But Hughton is now looking such a perfect fit for Norwich, smart, intelligent, and extremely well respected throughout the game.

It should also be remembered that with Hughton we have ''two for the price of one'', in so much that he is a highly experienced coach and a successful manager, and that cannot be said of the majority of Premier League managers.

So you''re trolling again. Read the thread, people. All I said is that I would take Lambert back because I like his brand of gung-ho football, nothing about getting rid of Hughton. If Hughton left and Lambert was available would you rather have Roeder or Gunn ? [:D]

Hughton Resigns!

David Macnally says "we have a shortlist of three. Paul Lambert, Glen Roeder and Bryan Gunn. We''re confident we will make the right appointment."
