Mr Jenkins

Hats off to the man that started the Garrido chant yesterday

Recommended Posts
Garrido said on Twitter he heard it... Must have been a very loud man.
He was a very loud man and a few did join in, delighted Garrido heard it!
It was being sung at Reading but not many joined in
I was at Reading but didn`t hear it, there were lots of us there though. It sounded really good on Sunday, its a great tune for a football song, and is perfect for Garrido, next time the gentleman sings it near me I will try to join in, my rather frail soprano voice might add a little quality to the performance. Does anyone have all the words?

Fair play to him for trying to start a chant but no one was bothered at Southampton either so perhaps he should give to and try another song?

We were singing at reading and few of us tried to get it going again on Sunday. Glad to see someone liked it be good if it caught on.

Too the melody of La Bamba.

javier, javier, javier garrido

javier, javier, javier garrido

javier, javier, javier garrido

He loves paella, and now he''s a yella.

Great tune for a football song, perfect for Garrido, GP said he tweeted that he had heard it!

I can''t figure out how the lyrics fit in with La Bamba. What part of La Bamba fits with Javier, Javier, Javier Garrido?

Anyone?

Thanks if there''s a serious response.

Well it really got going yesterday, much better effort, needs a bit of work on the tuning in some quarters, you know who you are, excellent!
