thenorthstand 0 Posted August 24, 2012 Is there much danger of the lads who are already a big part of the team getting a bit peeved at the new signings. In theory they should be pros about it and perform better in order to keep their place, but will the likes of Bradley Johnson be annoyed to fall down the pecking order and will this affect performance, especially under a new manager? Not that I''d want it any other way, just a thought... thenorthstand 0 Posted August 24, 2012 Don''t really disagree, or certainly agree that we can (and hopefully have) get better, but we still need fringe players to be performing, not rebelling or unhappy.
Canary_on_the Trent 0 Posted August 24, 2012 I wouldn''t worry about the performance of a player dipping when said player is falling down pecking order because he''s not quite good enough.
thenorthstand 0 Posted August 24, 2012 Perhaps, but for example, Johnson will probably start or at least play tomorrow, and I doubt his confidence will be high...

Bill 1,788 Posted August 24, 2012 and one of the noticable things about the players the club has signed, has been their attitude, professionalism, dedication etc with that in mind you don''t join an ambitious club thinking that you have then got it made
