Dicky 0 Posted September 1, 2012 Tettey on at half time. Dream debut.
Phillip J Fry 0 Posted September 1, 2012 Spurs midfield is already superior to ours in terms of technical quality and we''re just going to hand them a man advantage? (our two central midfielders to their three). We''re probably going to stay compact, keep the defensive shape, and play long balls behind Spurs high defensive line, relying on Jackson''s pace to get onto them. I know a lot of fans will disagree, but I think playing a 4-5-1 here would''ve been a real statement of intent, and showed that we were going to attack Spurs rather than sit back and counter. BarclayCanary (Former HDDH) 0 Posted September 1, 2012 Bloody hell Hughton can''t win, one minute its don''t play 4-5-1 oh wait Hughton you should play it now.Grow up you moaners, we beat Spurs 2-1 last time, nothing to say we can''t do it again, would like to get one up on AVB as well.Going to say 1-1 or 2-1 Norwich :)OTBC! In fact, I''ve supported him, making the argument that a good 4-5-1 can be MORE attacking than a 4-4-2, I''m just highlighting that us playing the 4-4-2 is more of a defensive then offensive thing. BarclayCanary (Former HDDH) 0 Posted September 1, 2012 Can hear the Norwich fans already on the stream I am watching.Brought a smile to my face lol.Snodgrass will be important in tracking back today, same goes for Bradley Johnson, lets hope Johnson plays as well as he did against QPR. Splendid Rush 8 Posted September 1, 2012 Watching on live tv in Beirut. Playing in black. I''m sure we hardly ever win in our away kit, but we did here last year. Come on boys!OTBC

BarclayCanary (Former HDDH) 0 Posted September 1, 2012 Nice to see Barnett playing again, and Turner is on the bench.I reckon Tettey for Johnson, Hoolahan will come on and so will Morison.

BarclayCanary (Former HDDH) 0 Posted September 1, 2012 I really do like Garrido, so composed on the ball.Closing down well, something we never did under Lambert. We look a lot more confident at the back.
Phillip J Fry 0 Posted September 1, 2012 Centre backs have obviously been given instructions to try long diagonals when the Spurs line push up. Not sure if Barnett has the technique for that kind of distribution.
Dicky 0 Posted September 1, 2012 Great start - very comfortable on the ball. Need something from Holty or Jacko.
BarclayCanary (Former HDDH) 0 Posted September 1, 2012 Jackson should have pulled the trigger there.
Phillip J Fry 0 Posted September 1, 2012 Good break there from Norwich, this Spurs team press so high up the pitch that there''s often alot of space behind their defence. If we can get Jackson more on the ball in these situations we could pose a significant goal threat.

Skerritt 0 Posted September 1, 2012 Snodgrass may have lost the ball a few times but I''m happy that he is being positive and trying to make runs
BarclayCanary (Former HDDH) 0 Posted September 1, 2012 Still 50%-50%We are dropping Holt in midfield when Spurs have the ball and keeping jackson up front by himself so obviously we can use his pace to break. Can see us honestly winning or drawing this.
