Just talked about the club, saying how everything was positive and that he''d been given full backing by Mcnally, Delia and co.
Put emphasis on the job Lambert done and how he hopes to continue the trend.
Mentioned how ''together'' the club was at all levels (i.e. fans, players, board all pulling in same direction)
Confirmed that the squad had reported for the pre-season and that half had begun their fitness program, with the other half doing it tomorrow. Said that he had now met all members of the squad.
Came across as calm and composed and said he looked forward to the challenge of managing Norwich, and that he was going ''all in'' with regards to the effort he was putting into his job.
