Leon Best for Holt?

If Grant goes which will not be to Villa hopefully how about Leon Best as replacement, doesn''t get lookin at Magpies with Ba and Cisse, but looks to be a bit of a handful e.g.goal agains QPR was classy.

Might be a realistic replacement also may need a striker if Vaughan cannot last a season, Marvin Emnes.

Either Emnes or Best would be good replacements, with Best probably the cheaper option (he''s not really needed at Newcastle, where as Emnes is one of Boro''s best players). Best might also want to link up with Hughton again.

He was a poor signing for newcastle... he is not good enough. I would say Nugent is a better forward than Best and he may want premiership football Emnes has flattered to decieve, last season he was lazy and not a great player and this season he has not set the world alight.Sirry we shoudl be looking and I hope will be looking at a better calibre of player than these two... some of the names that are floating about are a level below of what we need.
