thenorthstand 0 Posted May 12, 2012 I''ve written about him on my Blog before. I think if I could choose a transfer target for PL it would be this lad (though striker/attacker isn''t my priority), he''s just insanely good for his age, bags of flair and ability and loves to drop off a big man up top (Holt/Morison). He''s only 18 and we all know about young lads coming through the ranks at Crewe Alex.SIGN HIM UP. Not a first team regular perhaps but what a player to have sitting on the bench, and for the next 15 years...http://thenorthstand.com/nick-powell-crewe-one-for-the-future/
Jacko 0 Posted May 12, 2012 Looks a serious talent. Ferguson and Moyes are meant to have been having a look at him too.
thenorthstand 0 Posted May 12, 2012 Hardly surprising but I''m sure we can offer him a lot more football, I guess this might push up the price but he''s not going to be far into 7 figures surely?
priceyrice 133 Posted May 12, 2012 This guy is supposed to be quality, a great prospect, can''t say i know much about him thoughConsidering the price people like Oxlade Chamberlin, Walcott, Wickham have all sold for, he may be out of our reach. That said, if we get in before the big teams get too interested, we could have him on our hands for a few years, earning a nice little profit when forced to sell him on. thenorthstand 0 Posted May 12, 2012 But the players you''ve mentioned came from some big established clubs when compared to cash-strapped Crewe. Especially if Crewe don''t go up, he isn''t going to cost anywhere near an O-C or Walcott or Wickham
