Jacko 0 Posted May 14, 2012 A rolling contract continues automatically until one party decides to end it. I think Lambert''s is for an 18 month period. So he always has 18 months left on his contract. So should we wish to sack him he could demand 18 months wages in compensation and so could we should we wish to end it. The most sensible arrangement for me. If you give someone a bumper 4 year deal like Sunderland did with Bruce and sack him after a year when things dont work out. Thats a monumental payoff.
