We don''t need to tell them they are not playing as well as normal, that''s what Lambert is doing. I just don''t think it helps, it creates a tense atmosphere which adds more pressure and nerves, at the end of the day we know under Lambert they are all trying 110% per cent, what else can they do then to give all they can?
