Leedscanary 408 Posted February 26, 2012 because the goal was disallowed after the game, to give Utd a better goal difference come the end of the season if required. Who cares that Holt scored a cracker, similar to the turn at Everton, against last years Champions anyway? [;)]

JKUIL 0 Posted February 26, 2012 It does beggar belief. Two articles in the Times only yesterday. The first by Malcolm Allen talking passionately about his support for Wales in the rugby against England later that day. The postscript to the article mentioned 4 of the 5 football clubs that he played for. Guess which club wasn''t mentioned ? And, no, it wasn''t Watford ! Then, turning over a few pages there was an article about Malky Mackay. Mentioned he had played for West Ham but not, of course , Norwich. Although it doesn''t upset me Ido find it strange how time and time again over the years our club has been overlooked or ignored.

NWC 327 Posted February 26, 2012 A nice balanceed review from SKY here,Man of the match: Who else but Ryan Giggs? Making his 900th for Manchester United, the winger scored the winner deep into stoppage time.Goal of the match: The winning goal by Giggs was Manchester United all over, scoring so late. Ashley Young''s stunning cross from the right was poked home at the back post by the Welsh wizard.Saves of the match: David De Gea produced a fine goalkeeping display for United, saving superbly from Anthony Pilkington and Grant Holt.Talking point: Will that stoppage-time goal by Giggs prove to be a significant moment in the race for the title? Can Norwich boss Paul Lambert be pleased with his side''s display against the defending champions, despite losing?Stats of the match: Manchester United have lost just one of their last 14 Premier League away games now (W9 D4 L1) and they have also scored 28 goals in their last 11 league matches.Did manyoo actually have an oposing team today??? Rudolph Hucker 0 Posted February 26, 2012 This is what stung me above all else today; Giggs stole our headlines. In a stroke he gave the sports journo''s their story when up until then it was going to be about a great fighting comeback by Norwich who severely dented United''s title ambitions while turning their own attentions to the top 7. But it could be worse...............I could be a Cardiff fan at Wembley.

lake district canary 0 Posted February 27, 2012 The quality of journalism is suffering under the pressure for getting it out there quicker than anyone else. The internet is partly to blame, but there''s really no excuse for the amount of mistakes you see in the press and on the BBC. Its just poor editing and lack of quality control. The old adage is true - don''t believe everything you see in press and on television.
