Phillips, Rhodes, Snodgrass etc, and whether they would be good signings. But yes, you are spot-on in your second point . I''m sure it must be a hell of a lot easier to attract top quality players to the club when you are in your second season in the Prem, and are proving that you are not a one seaon wonder. The flip side, is that you''ll probably be expected to pay more fees and higher wages, but,imho, that''s a small price to pay for having the credibility to secure the best signings.
