First Wazzock 902 Posted September 15, 2011 How bad is it?How long will he be out for, if at all? We''ve had no news, but I would imagine he''ll be out for a few weeks.
Largey 0 Posted September 15, 2011 Why do you think he would be out? He carried on on Sunday. It''s a facial injury...won''t affect his game and I''m sure it''s all stitched up now.
JJ 0 Posted September 16, 2011 I heard from someone that he needs plastic surgery. Thought that a bit odd, mass exaggeration and all that. Anyone confirm or deny?
Canarino 0 Posted September 16, 2011 There was mention of a plastic surgeon, that would probably be to ensure he got the best possible cosmetic result as I think his teeth went through his lip - a plastic surgeon would be best-placed to minimise the scarring. However, I can''t see any reason why he wouldn''t be able to play a week later.
K Lo 221 Posted September 16, 2011 I think many don''t know what a plastic surgeon does. It has nothing to do with plastic. What plastic means in this case is "permanently set" i.e. to reform or reshape permanently. That''s not so say Vaughn''s injury is or isn''t serious.
