Chelsea v Norwich match chat thread

Great pass from Holt to Morrison, amazing tackle from Ivanovic to block his shot, maybe delayed it a bit to long.... If it were on other side of pitch, he probably could have smashed it with his right, obviously not confidant to do that on his left foot.
Porto player got second yellow for foul not as bad as that last night, why is Torres still on the pitch?
Because it''s Torres [;)]

Mata could be dangerous in the last 20 minuets.. (including stoppage time in that)

Chelsea picking themselves up, and now the other new player is coming on.

Almost right cross from Morrison to Holt, Ivanovic is playing well (bar that dodgy header)

Not a red card, ball was hit 10 yards wide of the goal.

But we''ve lost now, doesn''t matter wether they score the penalty.

Radio Norfolk saying that it''s no way a red card
Well all the red card will really do, is just make it harder for us to score. Lampard doesn''t miss penalties.
And be missing our number 1 keeper for a match [:|]

So many positives to take from the game though - irrespective of the final score.

Tough lesson for us though - we need to take our chances when have them.

Blackburn miss their second penalty of the game.

Penalties all conceeded when teams get behind our defence;  something to work on in defence.   Def penalty - red card harsh but no surprise away from home though.

It just gets tiresome, Torres should have been sent off (he''s still there), Ruddy should have been booked and he''s off.We got bad decisions in the Championship but at least they were evenly spread, it just becomes cheating when the ''big teams'' keep getting them. At least the ref will have his photo on the telly, not a bad day''s work.

Nah, we''ll win the appeal. If not the FA are useless (well we already know that....)

Lambert doesnt seem to like appealing red cards

We had better wise up pretty soon, when Torres kicked Johnson, no City players made a fuss to the Ref, yet it was as clear a yellow card as you get these days, and the Ref has TOTALLY got the Ruddy incident wrong, ball going away from goal and a defender getting back goalwards
