NWC 239 Posted August 15, 2011 Have manyoo got the option to recall De Laet after their first choice centre backs were injured yesterday and won''t be fit for the next game??
Jim Smith 2,314 Posted August 15, 2011 I may be wrong but i don''t think season long loans can be recalled.
Pete Raven 276 Posted August 15, 2011 There is no recall clause in De Laet''s loan deal.
Syteanric 1 Posted August 15, 2011 i wouldnt have thought he would be recalled even if there was an option... Fergie will spend if needs be.
Ivana_rubyatitz 6 Posted August 15, 2011 After the howler he dropped to allow Wigan to get their goal do you seriously think Fergie would have any interest in recalling him even if he could? De Laet would not be here if he was even at the margins of first team planning at Old Trafford. If Man Utd need cover at the back and the transfer window is open they will buy to fill the void.
