NCFC Customer Charter updated

Perhaps in light of the recent Under 21''s season ticket proof of age debacle, the Club has finally updated its Customer Charter to incorporate specific dates (1st September) for the various Concessionary Age Groupings.

Interestingly, the Season Ticket concessions are listed as being Under 12, Under 16, Under 21 and Over 65. Not sure if that means that the Over 75 category will "get the chop" for next seasons renewals?

Also, the Casual Concessions, as currently listed, seems slightly confusing, as there is no reference to whether the relevant date is also the 1st September for each grouping for each season?

Additionally, there is also mention of Concessions for Over 75 and Under 21''s for casual tickets, yet there is no reference to these age groups within the Casual Pricing Game Grading listings recently released by the Club.

Concession tickets will be available in some areas of the ground to supporters who fall into the following categories:

· Supporters aged 75 or over· Supporters aged 65 or over· Supporters under 21· Supporters under 16· Supporters under 12

Maybe the club could say the casual tickets that were available didn''t qualify for the discounts  as it says ''some areas''.  Perhaps the club should say where exactly the ''some areas'' are.

That is a good spot. That category could be going, or it could just be a mistake, as with listing what is currently a non-existent under-21 casual ticket category. A further - pedant''s - point is that when the club refers to "over 65s" it actually means over 64s, but it is obvious from the cut-off date given who qualifies.
