Needless to say 3 of the spurs lot were then dragged out! I think there would have been lots of Man U fans in the home end localy, but ended up having to keep quiet! HAAAAA

I remember seeing a Liverpool fan in the N&P lower just behind the goal going crazy as Liverpool scored their second, I was watching the highlights and could see him jumping up and down waving his Liverpool scarf amongst a bunch of bemused Norwich fans who didn''t seem bothered enough to do anything about it, as he had been allowed to celebrate both goals.

That wasn''t a Spurs fan!  My season ticket in right near where that happened and she also sits near me and has been going for as long as me at least and I''m pretty sure she does all the away games as well!  She is a die hard Norwich fan!  I remember this well, a Spurs fan got kicked out for celebrating when Spurs scored and they were a few seats from this woman and she started kicking off to someone near her who I also believe was another Spurs fan but this time it was the Norwich fans who got kicked out and she went kicking and screaming!

I think it will be far harder this season. And I also think there will be far more resentment given how much like gold dust casual tickets will be.

It should not be too difficult for the club to indentify any tickets used by away fans that have been bought for them by City fans.

Suspending their membership might be a suitable deterent

I remember there being a Millwall fan who somehow got into the City crowd at The Den when we were in League One.....one of our lot kicked him down the stone steps and he was then dragged off by the police! lol

i`ll be traipsing down to CR when my club, manchester city hit town. but there`s no way i`d accept any ticket in the home ends! even a freeby. part of the joy of attending away games is the atmosphere you get in an away end, where it`s usually only the travelling die-hards that make such a long trek.

i`m not a plastic btw!!. born and bred, ended up down here after being at coltishall.

When I went to Leeds away this season there was a Leeds fan sitting in our away section, he wasn''t wearing anything that would give him away and had travelled with some Norwich fans. No doubt when he stood up to sing ''Marching on Together'' though, the two Norwich fans sitting directly behind him didn''t take too kindly to it and a Steward had to break them up. Amazingly he wasn''t removed from our section, but was personally escorted out of the ground at the end of the match.

Never fails to amaze me how hard it can be to get a ticket for a Norwich game as a Norwich fan yet as soon as Arsenal, ManYoo and Liverpool roll into town, all the plastics suddenly get their hands on one and end up in the home sections

Watching the reviews I''ve got from 89 to about 95 (that I had put onto dvd by Ren) the amount of utd, liverpool and spurs fans in the river end/barclay was unreal! It seems as if the whole stand used to rise when they scored ffs!

I knew a Man Utd fan in the home end when we won 2-0, made a rather sheepish exit as Leon McKenzie wheeled away celebrating the 2nd goal.

M''boro at home in the same season... Boro fans behind me, when we made it 4-2 they even stood up and celebrated sarcastically... 4-3, a little less vociferous but still taking the p*ss...

and then... as Adam Drury''s header flew past the boro keeper I turned round to find these wasters making a quick exit... good times can come out of having these losers around!

Who remembers the group of norwich fans about 20 i would say sitting in the charlton end nearest to the norwich fans? think it was the game we got sent down to league one. All them standing singing norwich songs got kicked out at half time and it all kicked off at the top of the steps and down into the bar. Only funny part of that sad day.

I remember seeing something going on at the Charlton game.....was too busy singing ''Stand Up If Ya Goin'' Down'' with the rest of the stadium though!

Agreed it was a sad day...but look what''s happened in the 2 seasons since!......we are Premier League and Charlton are STILL League One!
