ChelmsfordCanary 0 Posted June 1, 2011 As a mate of mine pointed out he has glass knees, anyone else a bit dubious of us buying Bullard. What does everyone else reckon?
Largey 0 Posted June 1, 2011 A chap at work who is a Fulham fan says Bullard would be a great coup for us. The wages may be high but he has the talents to turn and control a game and he has played at the highest level for a few seasons with Fulham and Wigan. However does he fit into Lamberts style or young, hungry players? Hungry....yes, definitely. Young......no.
blahblahblah 2 Posted June 1, 2011 "Hungry....yes, definitely. Young......no."As has been said before - DION DUBLIN !!!!!!
Mr. Bump 0 Posted June 1, 2011 The two things that make me think that the Bullard link has a fair bit of substance are1) The fact that Paul Lambert has mentioned how players don''t have to be young to be hungry2) The fact that The Mirror linked him to us, before the Soccer AM appearance in the same article that correctly said we were going to sign James Vaughan. Fromage Frais 10 Posted June 1, 2011
He still has a couple of years on his Hull contract so hes not going to be taking a wage cut. The only way he is leaving Hull is for free + Hull paying about half his wages.
+1And if Hull want rid of him thats what they willl do 45k a week is harsh.
