The City of London has the Gerkin, the Nat West Tower (renamed but I cant remember its current name), well to celebrate Citys upward movement, a great BIG illuminated yellow canary should be located on top of City Hall.  Lol!

You can see the City Hall clock tower from the TV camera position at Carrow Road, so that would look good on the first Match of the Day of the new season.
